Payment: 50% within two weeks after booking; 50% - 5 weeks before sailing.
Safety deposit equals own risk of insurance and must be paid up front in cash only (no creditcards allowed).

Administrative costs in case of contract change or cancellation: € 25,--
All our yachts are All-Risk insured with an OWN RISK equal to the Deposit.
Safety deposit: Cash or Credit Card. (Credit card rates will be charged extra.
Cancellation of a rental agreement not possible - we therefore recommend a cancellation
insurance which we can provide with, if so desired.
For a cancellation insurance please send us by mail or e-mail a complete list of crew members including date of birth (required).
Departure from a port with wind of force 6 Beaufort or predicted higher is not allowed
without our permission.

Our transactions are based on the HISWA rental agreement. Price and inventory list are an integral part of the Rental agreement.

| The equipment can vary per type
of yacht. There is a complete inventory list in every yacht; the list is part of the contract. |

| Every yacht is provided with a full fuel tank
drinking-water and gas cylinders; on return the tank must be filled again. |

North Sea kit: Obligatory in zone
1. € 125,- per week. The kit consists of:
guest flags, D, UK, B, Customs Flag, life raft, lifebelts and MacMillan Almanac.
With sea sailing, the deposit doubles. |

| Cleaning: Obligatory. The cleaning costs are
till 34 ft € 50,-, till 37 ft € 65,- and if larger € 80,-. |

1st, 2010 onward; all former offers are expired. We reserver the right not to be
